Arreaux IT Solutions was founded in Lafayette in 2016 with a simple idea: our neighbors deserved the kind of networking, security, and IT expertise that usually only big companies get.
Who we are
We’re a team of three founders backed by support personnel — small enough that you’ll know who’s working on your systems, experienced enough that we’ve probably seen your problem before. Our background runs from enterprise SharePoint infrastructure spanning multiple states to the hands-on network builds we do today, and our leadership includes a Master’s degree in computer science and security.
That mix matters. Most small IT shops are generalists who treat security as an add-on; most security firms won’t crimp a cable. We do both, on purpose — because for a small business, the network, the data, and the protection of it are one job.
How we work
- Plain language. You’ll always know what we did, why, and what it costs — in words, not acronyms.
- Local and reachable. Lafayette-based. When something breaks, you talk to the person who fixes it.
- Built to last. We’d rather do it right once than bill you to do it twice.
